How to log into BlackBull Invest?
Before you can sign in to the BlackBull Invest app, you need to set up Two-Factor Authentication, also known as 2FA.
You can set it up using either:
- A verification code sent to your mobile phone by SMS, or
- An authenticator app
Set up 2FA using SMS
- Open the BlackBull Invest app and select 2-Factor Authentication.
- Tap Continue.
- Enter your username and password (provided by email).
- Select your country, enter your mobile phone number, then tap Get Activation SMS.
- Enter the verification code you receive by SMS and tap Activate.
If you do not receive the SMS
First, check that:
- You selected the correct country.
- Your mobile phone number is correct.
- You should also check your phone’s spam or blocked messages folder, as the activation message may have been filtered.
If you still do not receive the SMS, your mobile network may be blocking the message. You can then set up 2FA using an authenticator app instead.
Set up 2FA using an authenticator app
An authenticator app creates a temporary six-digit security code on your phone.
You will need both your computer and your mobile phone to complete this setup.
Step 1: Install an authenticator app
If you do not already have one installed:
- Open the Apple App Store on an iPhone or the Google Play Store on an Android phone.
- Search for Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator.
- Tap Install or Get.
- Once installed, open the authenticator app.
Step 2: Open BlackBull Invest on your computer
- On your computer, open your internet browser.
- Go to invest.blackbull.com.
- Select 2-Factor Authentication.
- Enter the username and password that were sent to you by email.
- Select Authenticator App as your 2FA method.
- A QR code will appear on your computer screen.
Step 3: Scan the QR code
- Open the authenticator app on your mobile phone.
- Tap the plus symbol (+) or the option to add a new account.
- Select Scan a QR code.
- Point your phone’s camera at the QR code shown on your computer screen.
- The BlackBull Invest account will then be added to your authenticator app.
The authenticator app will now begin to display a six-digit code. Enter this code on the BlackBull Invest page on your computer.
