Withdrawal security checks

To help protect your funds, all withdrawal requests require confirmation before they are processed.

After submitting a withdrawal request in the Client Portal, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Click the confirmation link in the email to authorise your withdrawal. Your request will not begin processing until it has been confirmed.

Didn’t receive the email?

If you haven’t received the confirmation email:

Check your Junk or Spam folder.
Ensure you’re checking the email address registered to your BlackBull Markets account.
Contact Support if you still can’t locate the email.
