What happens next?
Once we receive your complaint:
- We’ll acknowledge it within two business days.
- We’ll investigate the matter.
- We’ll provide a written response within 21 business days wherever possible.
If more time is needed due to the complexity of the matter, we’ll let you know and keep you informed throughout the process.
If you’re not satisfied
If you’re not satisfied with our final response, or you haven’t received a response within 21 business days, you may escalate your complaint to the Financial Services Authority (FSA) of Seychelles for independent review.
